Where can we live between selling and buying a house?

How long is the gap usually?
It depends on the contracts. As a general guide, settlement periods in NSW are commonly around six weeks, and in Victoria usually 30 to 90 days, but gaps between a sale and a purchase can be longer. Sydney stays are from three months and Melbourne stays from 30 days, with the flexibility to extend.
Can we store our furniture and still be comfortable?
Yes. Every residence is fully furnished and equipped, so your furniture can go into storage and you only bring what you use day to day.
Can we stay near our children's school?
That is the most common request. Tell us the school or suburb you need to be near and we will match a residence close by.
What if our purchase settlement moves?
Stays can extend. Tell us as soon as your dates change and we will work with you on the timing.
