2. Receive a shortlist. We reply with residences that suit the brief and the commute, and confirm availability with you.
3. Confirm the stay. The booking is made in the company’s name, with the agreement and invoicing arranged to suit your finance team.
4. Arrival. Your guest is welcomed in person and walked through the residence, which is ready to live in from the first day.
5. During the stay. One person looks after the guest and the company for the length of the assignment.
6. If plans change. The guest has the first option to extend in the residence, and every stay the company books adds to its W Circle standing.
