How does the application work?

Will the residence be thoroughly cleaned if I have allergies or simply prefer a home that has had no pet in it?
Every Westprecinct residence is professionally deep-cleaned and treated between every stay — not only after a stay involving a pet. Whoever stayed before you, the home is cleaned meticulously and presented to an immaculate standard before you arrive. Do larger dogs or more than one pet count against me?
Not automatically. Each application is assessed on its own merits and on the residence it suits, rather than by a fixed rule. Tell us honestly what your household includes and we will tell you plainly what we can match.
Are there additional costs for staying with a pet?
Where a pet is approved, any additional cleaning requirements or charges are set out clearly in your agreement before you commit — never as a surprise afterwards. We would rather be precise up front than vague.
