Can I extend my stay?
Yes, subject to availability. Many stays extend as plans move, and we will tell you early if a residence has a limit on how long it is available.
How is a long stay serviced apartment different from a hotel or a short-stay serviced apartment?
A Westprecinct residence is a genuine furnished home, with separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, room to work and a neighbourhood to live in, rather than a compact unit built for a few nights. For stays measured in months, that space and continuity is the difference.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are considered on application. Tell us about your household when you enquire, and any arrangement is agreed clearly before your stay is confirmed.
Can a company book a long stay for an employee?
Yes. Many long stays are arranged by employers, relocation teams or project managers. We work with the person arranging the stay and the person living in it, through one point of contact.
