We buy contemporary furniture of a quality we would keep in our own homes, and we hold every residence to the same specification. There is no economy tier. The apartment you enquire about is furnished to the identical standard as our flagship.

So we choose residences with genuine proportions: full-sized living and dining, real bedrooms, and the room to work, host and rest at once. A two-bedroom residence is matched with bathrooms to suit it — commonly two, so a household is never queuing for one — with proper storage, a full kitchen and a genuine living area, not a token corner.

It is prepared as though no one had ever stayed.
